    Naturally Calm Dog Shampoo is infused with relaxing Lavender & soothing Chamomile. Based on naturally derived ingredients for mild cleansing and relaxation.

    Created with dog-friendly plant extracts which can help to calm stressed and anxious dogs (and owners) suitable for sensitive skin.

    - Vitamin C, E to help protect the skin and coat from environmental stressors
    - Vitamin C to support skin health
    - Lavender's therapeutic aroma naturally soothes and calms any nervous tension whilst acting as a natural bug and flea repellent
    - Chamomile promotes calming and anti-bacterial properties fighting skin inflammation and aiding the healing of minor scrapes and cuts
    - Vitamin B3, B6 is essential for energising skin cells and promoting healthy coat & skin growth


    Directions: Wet the coat with warm water then either apply the formulation directly to the coat and gently massage to develop a lather followed by rinsing away with warm water. After rinsing towel dry the dogs coat and leave to fully dry.

    We look at all customer issues on an individual basis, ‘general wear & tear’ is not considered a product defect.

    General wear and tear will occur to any items that are worn on a regular basis. Please be aware that if a pet scratches the product, fabric can become damaged over time. Similarly, rough play with another pet can also cause damage to the product which is considered general ‘wear and tear’.

    It is the purchasers/owners responsibility to assess the suitability of using these products with their dogs. No collars are indestructible and if your dog pulls when being walked on a collar, this may not be suitable for your needs.

    Please make sure you measure your dogs neck before purchasing a collar, our size guide is stated in each listing to help you choose correctly.

    Exchanges will be limited to the price of the faulty goods delivered excluding the cost of packaging freight and return to us.

    Personalised, Handmade or perishable items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    It is the purchaser/owners’ responsibility to check the item regularly and prior to each use to make sure it is still in full working order and safe for their pet. Discontinue use immediately if a defect, damage or issue is found with the product.

    Care Instructions:
    Tweed & Velvet - Washing machine - Wash at cool temperatures, leave to dry naturally.
    Leather - Hand wash/ wipe only and leave to dry naturally

    Cold water will always keep the fabric colours their brightest for longest!

    Place items into a pillowcase or sock to prevent damage to the collar and your machine

    Use Non-biological washing detergent to maintain the colour of your item, this is also kinder to your pets skin.

    Scotch Guarding can help keep your collar clean, creating a barrier against dirt making cleaning easier. Apply to the outside and inside of the collar. If you spray your collar please allow to air dry 100% before use

    We recommend that collars are removed before swimming in sea water as salt can lighten fabrics.

    FAULTY ITEMS: Our liability in respect of any defect in the goods supplied or for any loss, injury (unless, except in the case of a sale not within United Kingdom, caused by negligence as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977), or damage attributable thereto is limited to making good by replacement, or repair, such defects which under proper use and storage and excluding fair wear and tear, appear therein and arises solely from our or our suppliers’ faulty design materials installation or workmanship within such period as is given to us by our suppliers, or if none within such period of within such period of three months after such goods have been delivered in any event, our liability hereunder shall be limited to the price of the faulty goods delivered excluding the cost of packaging freight and return to us.
